Rehabilitation - Reformer

The Reformer allows us to provide gentle exercise for patients who are unable to tolerate the more traditional weight-bearing forms of physical exercise.
We often use the Reformer to treat a variety of problems, including: chronic fatigue, knee/ankle/hip/shoulder pain, fibromyalgia, muscle weakness of upper and lower body, hips, legs, shoulders and abdomen.
Using Pilates-style exercise the Reformer strengthen the abdomen, legs and buttocks.

The spring-driven Reformer easily adjusts to meet individual patient tolerance. Gentle, non-weight bearing movements help enhance flexibility, improve circulation and strengthen muscle mass without stressing joints.
