It's a real pleasure for me to write this letter of thanks to you. I am so grateful for your persistence, encouragement and reassurance during my prolotherapy experience. Many times I would probably have given up if you had not continued to project the confidence that I would get better. Indeed I have gotten much better and for that reason I consider it an honor to say THANK YOU.
FYO - Since leaving your office last Friday, each day has gotten better and more pain free. I no longer have the driving pain from the flare-up that I came in with on that Friday and the residual sensitivity and limitations from prolotherapy have mostly gone. AND, I only needed about 3 Ultram to get through the weekend. Pretty good I would say. Must be the skilled doctor I have!
It wasn't easy sticking to the program, but the alternatives were much worse and gentle, skilled work kept me on track. I was very frightened to entrust myself to someone whom I didn't know, but you quickly earned my complete trust and the confidence that you were going to stick with me through the whole process. That meant a great deal to me. I was always afraid that if I didn't make progress fast enough, you would consider dropping me. That scared me too, because I didn't want to return to the chronic pain in which I was living.
Now my life is 80% normal and 80% pain free. Whow - what a change! Thank you, also, for the referral to Adam and physical therapy. That is beginning to help a lot also and protect what you have worked so hard to acquire. He is really making a difference in my endurance and flexibility and soon will begin building the strength I need in the cervical area. Should I need more extended physical therapy, would you recommend it? I am eager to "feel" the new me!
